Hours and response target

Support hours are 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time. We target an initial response within two business days. Critical service incidents are updated on the status page.

Helpful details

Include the shop domain, approximate run time, and the displayed scan or comparison status. Never email a storefront password, Shopify credential, session token, or other secret.
