Terms of service
Effective August 27, 2026
These terms govern use of Still Sleepy Storefront Guard, provided by Still Sleepy. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms.
Service
Still Sleepy Storefront Guard runs merchant-requested browser checks and compares live and unpublished storefront themes. Results describe observed behavior at a point in time; they are not a guarantee that a storefront is bug-free, secure, accessible, continuously available, or safe to publish.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must have authority to test the connected shop, provide accurate configuration, review findings before acting, and use the service lawfully. The app must not be used to test storefronts the merchant does not control.
Pricing
The launch plan is $19 USD per month with a 30-day free trial. Shopify manages plan approval, trial timing, charges, and cancellation through Shopify App Pricing. The recurring charge begins after the trial unless the merchant cancels the plan before the trial ends.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to communicate material incidents on the status page.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Still Sleepyis not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
A merchant may stop using the service by uninstalling it. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Data is handled according to the privacy policy.
